Board Leadership Training focusing on startups

Whether a startup is successful or not depends not only on the individual entrepreneur, but many other factors play a role as well. The quality and interaction with the board for instance are crucial to a startup’s success. That is why Niels Brock Executive now introduces a brand new 5 day training program on board leadership in cooperation with Keystones. Keystones is Denmark’s largest network for investing capital and competencies in startups and Niels Brock has years of experience in offering Board Leadership Training. The training merges the knowledge and experience of Keystone and Niels Brock, to your advantage.

5 day training program on board leadership

The Board Leadership Training is a 5 day practical training program that is research-based and focused on the premises of the startup. The professional themes include, among many others, valuation, liquidity and liquidity sources, pricing and capital expansion, climate footprint, ESG, and the UN World Goals. The program is thus a proficiency test that integrates professionalism with concrete and practical everyday life in a startup and its interaction with its eco-system and immediate environments.

The Board Leadership Training is for you if you are:

  • An investor both of capital or competencies
  • Motivated by creating jobs
  • Focused on sustainable, socially responsible, and green investments
  • Willing to take risks You do not need to have board experience; the program can be used as a starting point for an actual board career.
